Confirmation:-
1. If any booking done before 24 Hours from pickup time it will automatic confirm
2. If booking done within 24 hours we will provide vehicle otherwise payment refunded in account in 21 Days.
3. Within 24 Hours booking one way bookings are depending on availability So try to book before 24 Hours. If we have not available our own vehicle we will not provide service
4. You must carry valid photo id card, without valid photo id card we don't allow boarding in cab.
5. Only goods without person is not permitted
6. We are not operating ambulance service hence patient without doctor and attendant not permitted.

Waiting Charges:-
1. After 15 minutes of pickup time 200 Rs Per hour for Sedan / Hatchback and 500 Rs per hour for SUV
2. After 40 Minutes of No show without information Booking is Cancelled automatic and No Refund be Made .

Share taxi terms and condition:
1. Share taxi will allow minimum 2 and maximum 3 people in a cab.
2. In Share taxi your booking will get confirmed only when we�ll get co-passenger for share on your given date and time..
3. If You Won�t get any co-passenger for share then you can upgrade your booking in a full cab by paying remaining amount .
4. If You don�t want to upgrade to full cab then your amount will be refunded within 2-3 working days.

Speed Limit
1. Speed Limit 80 Kmph We Never Allow High Speed In Any Condition.

Pick Up & Drop
1. For One Way booking, Pickup would be done only from the scheduled pickup address and one drop is included. Multiple pickups/drops would be chargeable.
2. Free waiting time is 15 minutes for pickup after those 1st hours charges apply.
3. Waiting Charges Rs.200/- Per Hours For hatchback and sedan & Rs.500/- Per Hours For SUV.
4. The fare meter starts once the cab driver start from the garage for pickup and ends only when cab reaches the garage after drop off

Time Insurance:-
1. Is you made booking before 24 hours and get vehicle 15 minute late from given time , we will give you Rs.500/- per hour Except Zest and Ambulance .

Social Media:-
1. If you put any negative comment against us on social media you will be black list on our system you will not able to book in future
2. Penalty will be Rs.1000/- To Rs.25,000/-

Cancellation Policy :-
1. If Schedule pickup is delay more then 45 minute booking will be cancelled automatic and no refund made
2. If pickup time is more then 48 Hours 200/- only per booking
3. If pickup time is Between 48 Hours and 24 Hours 25% of Rent.
4. If pickup time is Between 24 Hours and 0 Hours 100% of Rent.

Modification Policy :-
1. If pickup time is more then 48 Hours 200/- only per booking
2. If pickup time is Between 48 Hours and 24 Hours 10% of Rent.
3. If pickup time is Between 24 Hours and 0 Hours 90% of Rent.
Refund :-
1. We process same day , after our processing you will get your refund in 3 to 21 days depending on payumoney , visa card , master card , mastro card , bhim UPI processing time

Baggage allowed :-
1. 2 pieces of 20 kg ( measuring not more than 55 cm X 35 cm X 25 cm) in small vehicle like , vista
2. 3 pieces 20 kg ( measuring not more than 55 cm X 35 cm X 25 cm) in sedan and others like indigo, innova etc .
3. if more then above charges will be Rs 500 per baggage

Break Down:-
1. In Case of break down we will replace vehicle within 2 hours plus running time from garage.

Air Condition :-
1. If Temperature increase then 40 Degree AC May be not work
2. Mountain & Forest Area AC will be off

Night Charges
1. Night Charges 20% will applicable for timing 20;00 To 04;59
