Cancellation Policy
Note: Cancellation charges are based on the time remaining until your scheduled pickup. Your refund is the amount you paid minus the applicable cancellation charge.
- • More than 48 hours before pickup: ₹200 flat deduction per booking
- • Between 48 hours and 24 hours: 25% of rent
- • Between 24 hours and 12 hours: 50% of rent
- • Between 12 hours and 1 hour: 100% of rent (no refund)
- • Less than 1 hour before pickup: 90% of rent retained — 10% refund only
Modification Policy
Important: You may change the route or journey date/time on a booking. Any fare difference for the revised trip is charged in addition to the modification fee below, based on how long before pickup the change is made.
- • More than 48 hours before pickup: ₹200 modification fee per booking
- • Between 48 hours and 24 hours: 10% of rent
- • Between 24 hours and 12 hours: 25% of rent
- • Between 12 hours and 6 hours: 50% of rent
- • Between 6 hours and 1 hour: 75% of rent
- • Between 1 hour and pickup time: 90% of rent
Refund Policy
Refund Information: All refunds are processed through your R-Money Account.
- • Refund is credited to your R-Money Account
- • Processing time: 3–5 business days
- • No additional charges for refunds
